PASO (Prosper Area Soccer Organization) would like to request your attendance to the Association’s Annual Elections and General Meeting on Sunday, November 16th, 2025. As a Voting Member of the Association you are provided the opportunity to elect the administrators which make-up PASO’s Board of Directors. You will also get a chance to vote on any requested Bylaw changes. Furthermore, this meeting will allow you to recap the past year’s activities and accomplishments, as well as, be part of the plan for the coming year.

Attendance is not mandatory; however, we do encourage your presence and participation. The meeting will be conducted as follows:

Location: Sentient Energy Offices, 15815 Executive Drive, STE 300, Frisco, TX 75033

Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025

Time: 6:30PM 

Positions up for election in odd years include:

Vice President (Elected odd years), Registrar (Elected odd years),
Boy’s Commissioner (Elected odd years), Chairperson of Coaches (Elected odd years), and Cricket Commissioner (Elected odd years)

A nominating committee has been formed if you wish to apply for one of the positions up for election. Please email your requested position to the following committee member listed below by November 9th, 2025:
